Instead of requesting a refund, you may transfer your ticket to another person or request to apply your payment to a future event within 6 months of the original event date.

4.2 Cancellation by GossipGlobe

If GossipGlobe cancels an event or webinar, you will be offered the following options:

  • Full refund of the ticket price
  • Transfer to a rescheduled event date (if applicable)
  • Credit toward a future event within 12 months

GossipGlobe will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred (such as travel or accommodation) in the event of cancellation.

4.3 Virtual Events and Recordings

If you purchase access to a virtual event:

  • You may request a refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time
  • No refunds will be issued after the event has started
  • If you are unable to attend a live virtual event, you will typically have access to a recording, and no refund will be provided in this case

Refunds for promotional partnerships, sponsored content, or influencer collaborations are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms specified in the individual contract or agreement.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account
